Reservations
- Each of our cottages is unique and offers a variety of amenities. They comfortably sleep two guests and a few sleep up to four.
- Telephone reservations only.
- A reservation requires a minimum two night stay.
- Holiday weekends require a three night stay. ***No coupons or discounts on holiday weekends.Call campground for assistance.
- RV Early Arrival – $20 with advance notice and approval. Contact campground in advance.
- Offut Lake Resort is located in a beautiful, but rural area. Please come prepared for inclement weather. ***No weather related refunds are given.
- Our cottage rates are based on double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or reservation change 14 days or more in advance will incur a $20 charge.
Any cancellation within 14 days will be charged the equivalent of one nights stay.
Group or Holiday reservations will be charged one night stay. They are non-refundable.
